Cassey, I used to do your videos everyday all summer and spring, I was sure I could feel amazing with your help this year! Unfortunately, my boyfriend dumped me which made me fall into a deep depression for awhile. But I'm glad to say that I'm back on the wagon and killin it at your workout videos!! Without your encouragement, I wouldn't feel as awesome as I do now.

I actually love your super short videos (3 min, 5 min, 6 min videos etc) because I feel the burn the entire time rather than being able to relax more in a 15-20 min video hahaahah

Just a quick question, do you think you could do a workout with a kpop song? I think it would be really cool and put my spazzing energy into the exercise. My favorite groups would be Vixx, Bangtan, Exo, Btob, History, Myname, B1A4, and many more😍😍😍It would be really cool too!
