No therapist was able to really open my eyes like you did with your video. Thank you dearly!

My childhood was horrific. I have tried counseling many times with no luck healing. I just escaped from a narcissistic boss last week. So here I am, 60 years old listening to your wisdom and trying to heal myself. Thank you for sharing this. I pray God heals all who seek the truth!!!

I remember in the movie called Forrest Gump where Luanne was standing in front of her childhood home and she threw rocks at it and hated the place where she lived and was raised.
So Forrest got a bulldozer and destroyed the house for her. If that's not love I don't know what is

You really make it make sense. I wanted to understand how I allowed the narcissist in my life. Childhood trauma in my past was a direct connection. Thanks Kenny

#kennyweiss I can't thank you enough for sharing your wisdom.
I've went through several traumatic events since I was a baby up to the present day. I've tried different counsellors etc but I never seem to get better. And not for lack of trying.
I'm also recovering from addiction. I'm looking into college courses with an Advisor. But I doubt my ability. My confidence is zero. Right now my whole body aches and I feel great fatigue too. But I want to get better real bad! But I feel damaged because of the things that have happened to me. A life full of abuse and my kindness taken for granted. My Mum & Brother took their lives, years apart, but my Brother chose the same date as Mum.
I wish you were my therapist!

Hello Kenny. Have you watched the movie 7 days in Utopia?
It's one of my favorites.

I recall dissociating when my mom called me into the house, I sat on the front porch in a non-aware state and removed my pants. My sister started laughing and I popped back to reality. Here it is decades later and my sister said I disconnected ll the time. I then developed a tick. Seems fairly clear what brought that on. All my siblings were molested but me, so I used to think. What's very odd thing is I don't care about that. I didn't do anything wrong.

My mother died when I was 3, my father married an evil woman when I was 5. I don't grieve her nasty behaviors...I stood up to her even as a child. My father died when I was 13. Left with the evil troll until I moved out at age 17. I did get the satisfaction of knocking the crap out of her twice. She did not have any good intentions, was an evil narcissist. So....I am still listening...

All feelings, at their root, are being created by Qi (Chi) or life-force. A 5, 000-year-old Taoist spiritual technology will allow you to transmute any negative feelings back into the life-force that created the feelings in the first place. The Taoist approach recognizes that this universal medium of the life-force or Qi (Chi), is governing not only our internal world of feelings and thoughts, but also the outer world of nature. For example, in the Taoist approach, it is the Wood Phase of the life-force that creates the human experience of anger, or the virtue of Kindness arising in the Soul. This same Wood Phase is also responsible for making a tree grow and for the expansion of our universe – Excerpt from the book “Emotional Alchemy the love and freedom hidden within painful feelings” by Andrew Kenneth Fretwell.

Is a loving mistake beating the shit out of you as a child ? Hmmm. I’m calling abuse.

I am sorry there is no “healing” that. All you can do is cope. All you are offering is coping strategies. There is no healing from someone stealing something like that from you…your innocence…your confidence…your body…mind. No. No one heals. You cope. Through that you seem to heal…until you have a nightmare or someone touches you wrong. You can’t heal a scar.
