Todays’ mini workout was inspired by the amount of time i spend at a desk, working, editing and learning. As a business owner, youtuber, and student, i know how challenging it can be to keep movement in my schedule and get movement in intermittently throughout my day.
Moving throughout your day is CRUCIAL to seeing results. If you are only moving for a small portion of your day, and sitting or laying down for the rest without activating your muscles, it could be counterintuitive to your goals!
Something as simple as activating your core between meetings or classes can help you
-relieve tension,
-get rid of bad energy,
-correct your posture,
-relieve back pain,
-and make you feel that much closer to your goals!
