Hello Geoffrey,
I found your guides and found there a lot truth what mistakes I Do. I have a very complicated situation, hope you can give me an advise. Im married with kid. My wife is stonewalling me. In May i bring her to work in the morning, all fine. When i Pick her at noon shes so down and start to lock herself in an other room, starting also to sleep there. To reason, no explenation to me. At first i got angry after a view time. Shes blocking more. Relatives and friends said, just let her a while. Wait, wait. The. we try to confront her. Now i learned this Was wrong. But she continiued. Have to mention that we/she went through Hard Times last year. She was sick a year with OP and her Dad died as well. I try to have patience but i struggle often. Now after half year i learned this is stonewalling by your Videos. She is all the time online at a Community, found a Girl there she talking all the time. And i mean all. When she wake up she has Headset talking, when go or come from work talking this Person or lock herself in guestroom. When i talk to her, she is irritated except she want me to Do something for the Family. She dont want me appair at her handycam when she talk that girl too and getting irritated when i enter the room. Help or favour for her she refuse. When i try to talk or get in Touch she Block or she is buisy at the Phone. I know she is not feeling good cause from time to time i hear her cry at night. I dont know how to use your tecnique this way. Therfore i try to express my feeling several Times sending her Message. But she dont even react on it. I feel really helpless and lost. Can you give me some advise how and were to Start to overcome the wall she build?

When I am triggered by someones behavior I used to shut down. Now what I say is "I really want to talk to you about this, but not like this. Why don't we revisit this once you have some time to think, calm down...etc"
