When you workout regularly, eat clean healthy tasty, sleep enough.. Life becomes better. Goals get achieved faster and things are getting done in a more efficient way. I can clearly say that working out makes people suffer for only 30-60 min, but they become happy for the rest of their lives.

I love your whole workout video setup. Only thing I would change would be no repeat exercises, and maybe put a solid background behind count down timer, bc sometimes it's hard to read when numbers and background are both black. 👍

I have only very recently discovered your amazing channel. I love the variety of options you have like no jumping, all standing etc.
Would you possibly consider doing ones with resistance bands (the larger ones not the ones that go on the thighs)? Apologies if you have already done any and I missed them.
