I am almost 74 years old and I love your workouts. I have to modify a little due to old knees and osteoporosis (I should not curve my back anymore). I have been lifting weights on and off for 30 years. I got into a rut working the same old routines. I have done 3 different 20 minute workouts and I look forward to doing it now. Happy senior!

So I just finished it and man was I sweating hard in the first round! I really liked this cardio style workout bc it’s weighted and doesn’t involve too many complex moves/positions.

The first time I did this, I had to pause every few seconds because it felt like I was going to have a heart attack. Just one month later following Maddie's workouts and I was able to follow this from start to end without having to pause and without feeling like dying!!! Amazeballs.
