I was dripping after this!!! The songs brought a huge smile to my face! So glad noone saw me doing this bc I am the worst at moving my arms and legs at the same time but i still loved this and will do it again!

Just curious, would anyone else on here appreciate a few videos that breakdown HOW to do some of Maddie’s actual dance moves used in her videos? Getting those right first, without the distractions of keeping up to the music would help me keep up with the workouts later. I keep stopping and rewinding.... Am I the only one that needs a step by step confidence booster? 😂

Very fun workout even if I don’t have my 80s dance skills any longer. My only criticism: Haddaway’s “What is Love” is from the 1990s but it’s all good. Loved hearing it!! ❤

This is EXACTLY the workout I was looking for! Awesome music, perfect length, visually clear demonstration of moves, balanced repetitions on each side, no talking over the music so I could really get out of my head and into my body. Love your energy and vibe! And I'm so impressed by what looked like basically a 1-take recording...?! WOW. Subscribed IMMEDIATELY.
