Join me for this 12-minute One-Dumbbell Standing Abs Workout designed to strengthen your core and define your abs. This session is packed with standing, knee-friendly exercises to help tone your abs and trim your waistline—all without repetition!

You'll engage every muscle in your core through low-impact movements that are easy to adapt for all fitness levels. For this routine, I’m using a 3 kg dumbbell, but feel free to choose a weight that suits your fitness level, whether heavier or lighter. Aim to complete this workout at least twice a week for noticeable improvements.

This workout is not only knee-friendly (no squats or lunges), but also apartment-friendly and highly adaptable to your needs. You can always adjust the pace or intensity to match your mood or energy level for the day.
