Turkish sit up and 1/2 kneel wood chop were new to me! Loved them both. I’m still a massive fan of the dead bug (learnt that for the first time in a previous video of yours) just feel it activating the abs so well 👍.

I liked the deadbug one, I added an extra minute, however the whole routine was too easy, for me....some up levels would be great, maybe another more advanced too. Tip: add ankle weights too!
