When I completed this workout, I doubled checked the length of the video to see if indeed was 17minutes... It went very fast. It really helps to not repeat exercises, to avoid some boredom. Thank you, great series!

I’ve been doing workouts with Caroline Girvan on yt for the past 3 years, especially her abs workouts. I just discovered this one by chance and gave it a go. Quite similar to Caroline’s so I managed it quite well. Thanks for the change though!

I’m a very fit person. I only say this bc I ONLY use TiffxDan videos. I’ve seen them all and these are by far the best on YouTube. Great intensity and I feel as though I go through the struggles with Dan.
