DAY 9 - of my 10 DAY HIIT TABATA TONE UP CHALLENGE 🔥 Intense, Advanced Ab Workout with weights todaaaay! This workout is a challenge, but you can do this!

- Beginners: Will show you Beginner modified versions, so this one is definitely for you too.

I had to modify most of the exercises so it works the abs instead of the hip flexers.
