as I am always saying: strong core is key to become that OVERALL FIT.
This 12 MINS ABS | CORE routine you can put after one of the workouts (like it's planned in my schedule today), even before, or just whenever you feel like crushing some ABS | CORE! 🔥
Instead of the 5 kg dumbbell you could also use a kettlebell or grab almost anything you find in your appartment (bottle of water, a heavier book).

Surely you can also accomplish this workout without any weights to make it less challenging.

00:08 - 12:50 Workout (40 sec On 🔥 , 10 sec OFF)

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

Equipment:
* 1x Dumbbell or Kettlebell (I am using 5 kg)

Hey Team, Let’s crush it!
I used a 5kg dumbbell (for your reference). You can also use sth. else (kettlebell, waterbottle, ..) or you could also just do this workout without any weights.❤️‍🔥👌🏼🙏🏼

This is the best abs workout I have ever done.
I have done it three times this week.
