Do These 3 Exercises For TONED Shoulders And Arms

If you want strong arms and shoulders? You need to include some moves targeting those areas.

However, when you’re short on time you want to include moves that work as many areas as possible at once to get the most bang for your buck.

Using a ton of isolation moves just isn’t efficient.

That’s why I wanted to share 3 amazing shoulder and arm moves that, while they focus on those areas, do work more muscles at once and in a more efficient manner.

They’ll make your workouts more efficient so you can reach your goals while maintaining a training schedule that is realistic for you.

Because ultimately consistency is key if you want to see progress. So you want a workout routine focused on your goals that you can actually stick to!

These moves are very handy, even when I’m feeling under the weather and can’t do a full workout I’ll still be able to do these movements to keep up consistency. 😊

I'm 60 and I have been trying to reclaim my health. I'm a cancer survivor and now that I'm retired Nurse and my children are all grown I'm in it to win it. I have made a lot of good changes to my lifestyle along with a membership to the YMCA where I swim. I've been sticking with the program as they say since January of this year. There are some days where I still do a lot for my family and grandchildren but I am up to working daily. I at the very least get in yoga and then excise moves that I learned clear back to the 80s. But every other day I weight train. This is great and I will be trying this out tomorrow. Thank you very much for sharing ❤❤

1:10 chest press to overhead
2:15 bicep push-push up
3:20 dumbbell external rotation

Drop set burner (for each) 1. 15 reps, 2. 12 reps, 3. 8 reps

Thank you so much for your videos. I am a lover of them. They have helped me tremendously. My problem area now is my stomach. I don't over eat and neither do I eat junk but I can't seem to tone my abs. I have had 5 surgeries and I am not sure if that is why I can't seem to tone it. Your advise will be so appreciated. Thank you.

I enjoy listening to your advice but I would love to follow you in a 30-45min workout everyday. I am working towards doing full push-up on my toes and I really get inspired following an “instructor” with various upper body strength workouts 😊.

Any recommendations for replacement in the meantime for those (to work Triceps, Obliques & Shoulders) for beginners who are not strong enough for the Tricep Pushup quite yet, but want to build to it. (Also have fibromyalgia (& tenosynovitis in my hands/wrists) so I have to take it at a slower pace.) Thanks!
