Hey y'all! Today's video is another 5 MINUTE YOGA STRETCH! This video is quick and effective and it's a great hip opener. I incorporated poses that help to stretch the inside AND outside of the hip. There are several 5 minute yoga videos on my channel and you can find them on the playlist entitled "10 Minutes or Less", so you have a few options when you're in a time crunch but still want to get a yoga practice in. did this after my pilates and man it felt so good on my sides and my back. u have a good soft voice for this. it was very relaxing.
