Hey Bird, I'm wondering if you could create some Playlists grouped into body parts, like neck, lower back, pelvic floor, hamstrings or ones for tension, sleep, morning, mourning/emotional release, recovery, etc. Your videos are the best & it would make it easy when we need to bring focus to specific areas. Anyway, thank you for sharing your time with us & helping us grow!
