This 20 minute interval training workout is all about changing up the intervals, and pushing yourself to do your best pace, for the most effective home workout for weight loss. We'll warm up for 5 minutes, and then go into a variety of fast and slow intervals to challenge your body. This is great at home workout for weight loss while also getting stronger and more toned. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2273 steps.

You are hands down my favorite exercise channel. I used to follow another channel that offered high-intensity low-impact workouts, but I kept suffering injuries that caused me to pause exercise for days or even weeks while recovering. Since finding your channel, I haven't had any injuries but I definitely get sore and stronger. Love, love, love your workouts, and this one was fantastic!

Super-charged!!! I appreciated the "bell" at the end of each interval...to do the 30- and 45-second half-jog pace that I can achieve, I have to "get into the zone"...which usually means my eyes are closed!

I'm a new subscriber and I love your workouts...I'm 62 and would love to see more of the long 10, 000 step workouts...those give me so much energy and the fact I can get all my steps in one workout is satisfying. Thank you for all the hard work and love you put into all these workouts.

This is brilliant! Love the varied intervals, which were a good shake-up for both body and mind. Just what I needed on a wet morning, thank you! As for the bell, I like it as I often look away from the screen and lose myself in the music and movement, so it keeps me on track. Another winner, thank you Jules 😊

As someone who was an avid runner for years (2 half marathons and a dream to do a full in the future!) and had to stop due to life circumstances, I so appreciated this workout! I think I will try to do it every week until I feel confident enough to ease myself back into some light jogs outside! I do like the bell because I place my laptop from which I play your videos on a low surface and I like that I don't have to be looking down at the screen the whole time in order to know how much time is left. Thank you, Jules!

Wow! Excellent workout! Quite challenging for me, but the constant change-ups in the intervals really helped keep me going. For the fast intervals, I also varied the steps (some wide stance, close stance), high knees, running around the room instead of running in place...all that helped me not to notice how much energy I was exerting. Just an excellent design for this workout. Thanks so much, Jules!

Love the music will do this workout later but it looks so good. The bell is helpful sometimes I turn away from the tv and you have started the next exercise. Thank you Jules for all your workouts I never get bored because they are always different.😄

I don’t think I’ve noticed this one before but I see by the comments that many people are finding the little jogs doable and enjoying it. It’s a great workout in the way it encourages us to try something that is still low impact with a sparkle ✨
