This 20 minute interval training workout is all about changing up the intervals, and pushing yourself to do your best pace, for the most effective home workout for weight loss. We'll warm up for 5 minutes, and then go into a variety of fast and slow intervals to challenge your body. This is great at home workout for weight loss while also getting stronger and more toned. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2273 steps.
