I used 8 pound dumbells for my weight and I was thinking “maybe this is too light and I won’t get a good burn” PFTTT please, my arms said “no” I feel the burn so much after this. Going to start doing upper body more often so I can be strong and toned all over 🙌🏾 your workouts always are fire, and I’ve gotten reliable results. Trust her guys 🤝🏾✨❤️‍🔥

I love your routines cause they are easy to get through but you feel the work for sure. The best is that is relatable and shows you can’t give up. Too much weight? Change the weight and keep going. Too difficult normal push-ups? Change to half push-ups but keep going and finish the time.
