•Strength training - muscle burns calories at rest
•HIIT - no more than 3x a week
•healthy diet - 3 meals, 2-3 snacks, Whole Foods, cut the junk
•WATER - clear urine
•keep straight posture - pull in core, shoulders back
•stress & sleep patterns - low stress & 8 hours a sleep
•DONT COMPARE YOURSELF- fit looks different on everyone :)

Great video. It is refreshing to hear someone cutting out the BS from the mainstream fitness/media industry. It is great that you cover stress, sleep, and types of foods (nutrient dense), not just counting macros. Not many fitness "experts" ever touch on those subjects.You guys are phenomenal, and so is your channel. Keep doing what you are doing. Best on YouTube.

I have tried so many times in my life to "get into" exercising and every time I failed- running, yoga, HIIT. Then I picked up strength training! Strength training is the only thing I've managed to stay consistent with! And I have noticed a significant difference in my scrawny physique.

I've left comments a million times but I can't say it enough: you guys have been a huge part of my life for 4 years now. I don't think I've ever been in better shape and all I do are your videos (and some yoga, cause I need to relax). I've been to gym classes, done a lot of different videos, but I stick with you. I appreciate how down to earth and reliable your advice is. I hate reading or hearing people pushing things like wraps, drink mix, and supplements that are supposedly going to make you lose weight. I also like the fact that you don't push for unrealistic goals for people. Thank you for giving real advice.
