I have so much trauma from abnormal events in my life from childhood rape, military service and police brutality. This mediation didn't make me fall asleep but it made me feel a mother's presence even though mine can not be here for me. Thank you so much. If there is anyone out there fighting impossible mental illnesses, I NEED you to know none of us is as alone as we believe. Even when you are ready to kill yourself there is still a desire deep within you telling you to keep living. Love is always possible within ourselves no matter the circumstances take care of that abused isolated child that grew up and became you. There is no hero that is coming to save you, you must be the one to save yourself.

Been using this one for weeks now.. I'm a university student and its really helpful with getting myself into the moment before bed. I've used it so much my brain knows automatically that its sleep time when I put it on.. like a adult lullaby :)

It’s funny bc I really don’t have an issue sleeping on my own. I fall asleep pretty easy. However I still prefer to listen to meditations. I was not raised religious and meditations and philosophy really help steer my life, my choices and my mood. Thanks for being an important part of my life

I love all of ur sleep meditations. I fall asleep with my headphones on with them almost every night. This one is odd when u stop talking tho. The soft music in the back is really peaceful at first but my mind started to get a sad feeling in my sleep. My dreams started having that feeling. Weird hu?? Lol i love what u do tho
