I don't know what they put in this shit, but it relaxed me deeply and I fell asleep soundly pretty quickly. I think the yoga nidra-esque approach to focusing on each part of the body and letting go and relaxing is really helpful and releasing tension blocks and discovering where you may feel stressed in your body. Great meditation right before bed and not too long.
