Randomly found your channel like 2 days ago and it’s been a blessing. even yesterday I used your video to fall asleep and I did. Today unfortunately, due to the chaos my body endured right from the moment I woke up today, my panic attack came back to me tonight. After 2 weeks. It was intense that I was feeling ill physically all day today. Thankfully I remembered you and I came over to you to help relieve my stress, even for a moment.

Thank you so much! As an aside info for other listeners: The gentle talking lasts about 30 minutes, and then there's very soft ambience with bird's sounds for about 3 1/2 hours.
