Killer Full Body Workout At Home | Jump Rope + Dumbbells

This full body workout is done with one set of dumbbells (a weight you can curl 12-15 times) and a jump rope. I am using my ¼ lb and 1 lb Crossrope Jump Ropes. Rest 60-90 seconds after round 1 and perform this home dumbell workout 2 more times. Total workout time plus 2 min. warm-up is 19 minutes!

Amazing but your dumbell forms quite not good as vedio progressed. You best at doing jump rope. Keep posting its helps us keep motivated in this pandemic period.
