2:36 standing knee crunches
3:38 explosive lunges
4:41 high knee taps
5:37 in and outs
6:40 side hops
7:40 switching mountain climbers
8:36 jumping jacks

Every time I see a vid from Chris with a 10 mins length I always prepare myself at the end wether he’ll say “now do this for 2 more rounds” xD glad it’s once everyday ty for the vid Chris Heria 🔥 got more Cardio to do then for tomorrow
