Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Looks like i won't be laughing when I finish these exercises..whoa! Finishing these workouts make you feel good and fulfilled but boy, you can't even cough😭😩😂

Tried this today & it's really fun + challenging to do! I want to be able to wear nice clothes in the summer this year: example: crop tops, 2 piece bathing suits, & more. Without feeling uncomfortable or weird, and right now it's winter so if I do this everyday from now till summer I'll get my goal! Thank you Lilly and goodluck to everybody else doing this. (I'm doing this workout along with 3 others)

IMPORTANT: RESTARTING!!!! Everything that was on this comment before has now been deleted, it has been 7 weeks since I've done any workouts... I woke up and realised that it's February which means we are now closer to spring and if I don't take this seriously I'm just going to end up like how I looked last summer...

(Restart date: February 4th 2023)

Week 1:

Day 1: ✅ (I literally suck at working out now, IT WAS SO HARD.... FOR WHAT?!) and can somebody please tell me why the time goes so slow. When I did this workout back in November of 2022 it would feel like the workout was 2 minutes and so easy BUT NOW it feels like I've been doing the workout for half an hour and it's so hard.. WHY?!)

Day 2: ❎( look at me already, it is only day 2 and I haven't done the workout. I have no reason at all except for laziness. Speaking of laziness that is the same reason why I stopped working out for 7 weeks in a row and it's starting back up all over again)

Day 3: ✅ ( This is the only workout that I actually accomplished today because I went to the mall after school with my friends and we got home late at night time but better one than none 🤷right? )

Day 4: ✅ ( no comment )

Day 5: ❎

Day 6: ❎

Day 7: ❎

Week 1 Result: terrible week for working out so obviously no results. I'll deffo push for week 2 cause I'm mad now cause the weather is getting warmer and I look the same.



Week 2: (This week I'm going to push really hard. I'm challenging myself to have no sugar this week, no unhealthy snacks, no juice, just breakfast, lunch, and dinner and just one or two healthy snacks. For the workouts I'll be doing each of them twice a day. which means 45 minutes of working out everyday this week. || Starting: Feb 11 2023

Day 8: ✅x1 (starting it off good, I had breakfast, Greek yogurt, and I worked out once so far today!)

I just finished 2 weeks of one of her old challenges… I was about to start a Chloe ting one, but I’m excited about getting motivation here!

So this is the plan:
I’m starting at 28inch after losing 1 inch from her last challenge I did.
What I learned is that I’ll be doing the following to get the best results:

- at least 10k steps + a day
- 1-2 litres of water
- 2 dense macronutrient meals that I look forward too.
- only eat seafood for meat.
- a 10 minuet hit workout
- 15 min bust lifting workout
- a 5 minuet tummy vacuum workout
(I have links to the two mentioned above).
- last but not least the abs workout itself 3x.

Day 1. ✅ completed all of the above except for the water was more like 1.7 litres
Day2. ✅ this was a day I smoked so let’s see how I do tomorrow with everything. I had grilled fish today as well and walked 15k+ steps.
Day 3. ✅ Today was an excellent day for me regardless of the heavy smoke I had the day before… it’s because I took a bone vitamin, increased the cardio to 25 minuets & walked out in the cold… not to mention all the healthy food I had. I’m proud to say I did it!

was trying to find a new abs workout and i found this. this was a killer workout. i felt the burn after the first exercise even finished. i will try to keep updating on here when i do it!!

day 1: ✅ (felt the burn after the first exercise. i did not stop for a break until each 15 second breaks she gave us)
day 2:✅ (I really felt it this time, and I did not do any breaks in between each interval, except the 15 seconds again)
day 3: ✅ (back again wow that was easier than the last two days and still felt the burn. i love this workout because of the different variations/exercises and it hits upper, lower and waist which is what I’ve been wanting to work on)
day 4: ✅ (wow can’t believe i almost have been doing this five days in a row! today was hard to get started but i feel so good that i pushed myself and went the entire time!)
day 5: ✅ ( yay!!! i am so proud of myself. i felt strong the entire time! i am seeing such results!!!)
day 6: ✅ (back again! i felt super good this time!!)
day 7: ✅ (another day done!!)
day 8: ✅
day 9: ✅ (those last three exercises are brutal every time!!)
day 10: ✅ (omg i can’t believe i did ten days in a row. i a, so proud of myself. i see such a difference in my body!)

overall, i love these exercises, i will definitely be coming back to this.

was trying a new ab workout but i didn’t feel like it was working my core so i came back here.

day 11: ✅ (felt the burn again after trying another one.)

day 18: ✅
day 19: ✅ ( almost to 20 straight days! wow!)
day 20!!! ✅

twenty straight days i have seen such a difference with my body and my progression through each exercise!
day 21:✅ came back here a again after doing another ab workout for a while and wow i forgot how much this one’s burns your abs!!

day 24: ✅ i did it, even with some period cramps, that definitely meds it harder but i pushed the whole way through

Hye Lilly ...I want to tell you that I am doing your workouts from last year ..and there is drastic change in my body shape...bcz of you I am able to loose my weight....and great thing about your workouts is that they are easy to do but still intense..😂and your talks in between those make it more easier and funny....

занималась комплексом примерно 2 месяца и мне ОЧЕНЬ помогло! правда дополнительно выполняла отжимания, планку (основную и боковую на каждую сторону, а также планка с раскачиванием бедрами, очень крутые упражнения), комплекс на ноги и растяжка. в боках сильно ушли кг, в ногах и даже подкачались заметно, руки в стороне не остались - накачались) вау, просто великолепно!
