THIS ONE IS INTENSE ! If you ever feel like you need more rest, an extra break or modify an exercise - do so!

MY TIPS:
• For best results, squeeze your abs & core during the whole workout - especially during the exercises for your abs
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. Lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.

It's been 16 years that I have been doing abs training and I have to admit that I loved yours. What I appreciated was not the struggle, because, honestly, I would need multiple abs workouts videos on YouTube to struggle, but the originality of the exercises. Keep up the good work 👏

Alter Schwede wie doll können 6 Minuten den Brauch so krass zum brennen bringen. Habe gerade beide workouts für heute gemacht. Und das AB workout hat mich zerstört . Ich weiß die Bauchmuskel werden sich morgen bemerkbar machen . ABER LEIDER GEIL !!! Mega mal wieder liebe Lizzi 💛💛💛💛
