I try out all other workout videos on YouTube but eventually comes back to theirs. There are many reasons but for me the biggest reason is that I know these two are doing the entire flow with no repeating videos or any other cheating but just doing it as I watch. I feel like I share the entire workout flow and share the feel of accomplishment with them when I finish. Thank you for great videos Juice and Toya!

Lord have mercy!! I love this workout! This is day 2 of me doing your workouts; I did the 20 minute cardio yesterday and I did this with the 20 minute cardio today, with my 1 year old in the way by the way!🤣 I love this! After having a baby by c section, I definitely gotta work on my core and this is it! Thank you for making this working mom friendly!👏🏾

My boyfriend and I committed to doing 30 min of abs for 30 days with different combinations of Juice and Toya workouts. His personal fav is abs to the beat. The changes we’ve seen are amazing! We’re tempted to go for another 30 in 2 weeks. Thanks, y’all!

Tbh, core work is not my favourite, I could hardly bring myself to do a 30-40min session, but also don't wanna neglect it entirely.
So these shorter ones + the variety of the exercises really save me (and my core)! Thank you! :)

OBLA Challenge, Week 4 Day 1 (late update):
this was the perfect complement for the other half of today's session, this really pushed me to my limit! gotta say as a reflection that i wouldn't have been able to do most of the moves when i just started, i'm surprised at how well i'm holding into planks and doing situps when i could barely do crunches on week 1... that's why i'm so thankful of you guys and this challenge, i'm truly improving 💪🏼
