I am an older (64) woman who lost strength pre/post Double Knee Replacement . Then add covid quarantine and I was a puddle. I have recommended Dayana to everyone. I love the countdown so I don't have to look up at the screen every 2 second. I have been doing this stretch routine daily for over a month and it is now part of my morning just like coffee and brushing my teeth. Thank you Dayana for making me feel so good.

Sister I love your stretching and I do your morning and evening stretch. In morning, I do your 5min warm up+ 5min abs workout+ 5min morning stretching.
Will it be effective???
