I got hip pain until i saw your video about how to figure it out the proper stance for squats. Pain is gone since lot of months, the issue was my previous stance, too narrow for my hip morphology, so my left hip started to pinch.

Thank you for these videos! This is the exact problem I’m having. I’ve found that doing side plank leg raises has help, which seems to be a variation of this banded stuff. I’ll have to try that first banded mobility movement.

Joint mobilzation doesn't help me. I did it with and without bands.

But walking sideways with band did the trick! In my case weak gluteus medius caused the pain

my internal rotation on my right hip isn’t allowing me to strengthen my outer hip as effectively as my other. Any tips??

I have a bad left hip from a fall in highschool, when I was 17-18 i went to physical therapy and they had me do those banded side leg raises and boy let me tell you every god damn day for 8 months it felt like a steak knife carving out the bone marrow in my hip. I eventually stopped going because I was seeing no progress and only hurting myself to the point where I couldnt walk off crutches. Hip still hurts to this day but I dont fuck with it at all I just walk around with a slight limp. Cant bend over to tie my shoe without my hip seizing up like a charlie horse
