I had hip pain inside whenever I did squats and sumo deadlifts. I did the exercises you showed including the side plank clamp shells, lateral leg raises with the band and also squats with the bands. I do these to warm up every time I do legs and now I'm completely pain free. Thank you Aaron.

The more of these diagnosis/treatment videos the better. Every instance is a different example and more slightly informative. The more of these examples you see the more everything makes sense as a whole.

I know YT tells everyone to create shorts, but it would be awesome to have many of the "how to" video in a regular format to more easily re-watch the instruction/queues part, etc. Just my opinion. Thanks!
