Where the duck do I find professionals like this, all my doctor tells me is that my hip pain is probably caused by the hip

It amazes me what physical therapists can tell just by some description of sensation and simple movements.

Huge fan of this page! I’ve been following it for a month or so and have incorporated a majority of the hip flexor mobility exercises. As well as being intentional about my glutes being activated during workouts. I’ve made noticeable change in form and a huge reduction of hip and knee pain

This was my issue for many years. Fixed it unknowingky by hiking up bouldery elevations often. Looks like it engages similar muscles if you don't want to think about the exercise.

Omg. Years of this pain. YEARS and I kept being told the same thing..right flexors. Pain still here. The pinch is real. I clunk and pop and no one has diagnosed as this here. Thank you!!!!

Had this exact same issue. Doing some glute training and hip flexor strengthening are what did it for me

Same thing, my psoas passes the tight test but the front of my hips click every time I do a motion similar to a front leg lift. After a few repetitions it will start to hurt. Weak on the lateral movements as well. I swear to God is so hard to find anyone take this seriously! Then I get blamed for being weak and lazy. Its extremely frustrating and invalidating. Thank you so much for putting this up!!!

OH MY This is my struggle. If I hear my hip flexors are tight one more time I will loose it.
