I have scoliosis and one leg one inch shorter than the other. This should be helpful. I’ll definitely need support part of the time. Thanks!

Do you have any tips and tricks for things to do to make gardening easier and more comfortable?
Lots of squatting, or bending over, and lifting and carrying plants, pots, watering cans... and my knee hurts the worst is ever has... maybe the way I shoveled a hope for a new plant? Any ideas?

Hi Alyssa, I'm going to share this with my mom. She has knee arthritisI'm going to do it with her because I have a torn meniscus. It can't hurt so we can do it together. I've been telling everyone about your channel. Thx so much 😊😊

Hello Alyssa. I’m so stuck with everything. I’ve got D Disk D, facet joint thing going on, waiting for a new hip and osteoporosis. I’m at a loss what exercise to do and when. I know I need to strengthen my bones as this is a new diagnosis for me, but struggling because of my bad hip. I’m waiting to see a back specialist, but I do try and do some of the things you suggest. Love your videos and your very clear instructions. Thank you.

I do a lot of your exercises to ease my hip arthritis pain but I don't find any improvement on my hip internal rotation ( I have 0 degree rotation 😅). Is it possible to have easy exercise to gain in hip internal rotation ? Thank you very much 😊

Thank you so much for this video. This is me. I can’t keep up with my husband when we walk and I feel so self conscious about it, I refuse to walk with him anymore because I’m holding him back.

Love your videos. My goal is to walk better with out a limp and pain, just so hard when the osteoarthritis and inflammation is all on 1 side, and seems nothing helps, and surgery isn't an option. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated thank you.

I just want to be able to simply walk again with severe arthritis of the hip...(bone on bone) as they call it...without care or limping...is that possible without surgery?

I have just regained the ability to walk without pain after a knee injury and i am loving long walks twice a day, but worried that all this walking is just going to wear out my knee cartiledge faster. Please, Alyssa, can you tell me if walking is beneficial or damaging when one has knee arthritis?
