3 easy Pregnancy Exercises for a normal delivery!
Well a normal delivery happens if your body is ready to deliver so.
And excercise just makes your body flexible and gives you Relaxing feeling.
Helps to dilate cervix.
Soothe your lower back bones, releases pain and cramps.
Previous I had a normal delivery.
And it helped me a lot. 🤰
Try these 3 simple exercises once you enter into your 8th month of pregnancy.
1. Butterfly 5-7 steps
2. Make a circle (rotation) 5-7 times
3. Push down 5-7 steps
Do this every day, and you may increase no. Of sets in each , every new week.
Note: everything done in a physiotherapist supervision,
If your body is eligible for any prenatal exercise, you can do with a guidance.
But if you are unable to do, and also you are having any bit of pregnancy complications,
I would recommend do not do any kinda exercise!!!
Be careful white doing steps.
