1.Walking/Jogging/running stairs depending on your stamina
2. Skipping ropes for 5 minutes
3. Burpees for 2 mins.

Yeah, this advice can be good for people who dont have any other issues apart from stress induced aging, natural aging etc, if you have any other types of problems or have comorbidities you should not be attempting to do anything but walking first and foremost, burpess, skipping rope is HIGHLY taxing on the heart and lungs, you have to work your way up to 5 minutes with skipping, try skipping straight for 30 seconds first, when you can without making more than 3 mistakes, try a minute, etc etc etc, (the reasoning for 3 mistakes is focusing on form ratger than time, naturally it will take you longer, by the time you can, you will be pushing yourself past time to a place where your body is comfortable and in rythim with your bodily capabilities....burpees includes the whole body so you need to warmup, you need t donspecific joint stretching etc...

The burpees are no joke.i remember doing them in football practice, pads & all, but not for 2 dang minutes! In the backyard I can only do about 5 in about 30 seconds..& that's it I'm 66 but I still ' do things'.

Don't follow someone else's routine. Do something daily that is fun, that makes you feel like a kid again and that doesn't feel like work. Play every day. Don't workout!

None of the bodybuilding channels on Youtube focus on the heart as the main muscle that needs building. The focus in Bodybuilding world is on all the other muscles being beautiful and toned. They talk down on cardio as an evil, boring necessity. I think it should be # 1. A conditioned body looks better than an overly muscled one - plus - it will be more practical for everyday use.

I totally agree both skipping, burpees, and stairs/hills are excellent for both heart and lungs. I do not recommend burpees for senior citizens since it is a very difficult/tough exercise workout.

Can't do any of these! Options for people who can't stand would be really helpful. We need to look after our cardiovascular health even more

I can see an orthopedic hospital will be the next stop for adherents of this video. Joint crushing exercises! Except walking, of course. That's OK.
Secondly, who is this 'everybody' you are talking to? A good professional media host will never talk to 'everybody'. They talk to just you. The one person they know is watching alone in their home. Everyone is just one person in all sorts of different places and times. So you open with: "Hello..I'm Janice from Noble Heart Hospital with three exercises for heart and lung health." This is a warm and personal greeting. 'Everybody' is an alienating impersonal greeting.
