Hello everyone,
Please follow me on this journey to become mentally , spiritually and physically fit. I love challenging myself so I gave my self the huge task to drop 30lbs in 30 days. I know this is going to be hard but I’m up for the challenge.

For mental fitness I will be journaling daily. Also taking time to pray and meditate.

For spiritual fitness I will be worshipping for a min of 30 mins or more. This can include reading the Bible, watching sermon online or listening to gospel music. Whatever moves my spirit is what I’m going to do.

For physical fitness : I will be working out daily and eating healthy.

I do think it’s important to work on all these areas to truly become the best version of you.

Respectfully, 20, 000 steps may be too much to start with. Starting with 10, 000 is probably a more realistic because that is a tough feat too after doing a HIIT workout. You don't want to burn out early in your journey. Keep up the great work!
