In this video you are going to learn the exact blueprint for how to lose 40lbs in one month. I'll break it down step by step for you so you can see exactly what it would look like. I recently helped my wife lose 40lbs and I want to help you do the same but as fast as possible.

But what we have to remember is that there is an "optimal" way to lose fat...and it's not by trying to lose all your fat in a month. Fat loss is relatively quick (you can lose .5%-1.5% of your total bodyweight every week if done right) BUT it is still a process that takes consistency and time. Do you want this forever? Or just for a moment? If you want it forever then take the BEST approach and don't try to lose weight super fast. The most important part of losing weight (and is conclusive shown in studies over and over again) is that your weight loss is SUSTAINABLE. That is the key. So what's sustainable for you?

How quickly do you want to lose the weight? 1 month? 2 months? 3 months? Or maybe 1 year?

100 % with you here.

I went from 229 lbs down to 162 lbs with calorie restriction mainly. I'm currently maintaining at 184 lbs without really reducing my calories and have built some decent muscle mass back.

There is no way I could ever go through calorie counting to that extent again.

Excellent review of how challenging it is to lose 10 lbs per week AND it is so easy to gain it back plus some. For those of us that struggle with being overweight we have the added challenge that our body literally fights weight loss (due to a variety of hormonal and genetic realities). I love how you stress muscle and patience ❤️

Eggs keep me really satiated and are pretty low cal. Helped me alot when reducing calories!

Throw the scale away. Build muscle with strength training, eat whole foods and you will lose body fat. You may not lose a pound. But you will look a lot better. Just going after weight loss as a goal unless you are very obese does not work long term and you may get smaller but you will still be flabby.
