But what we have to remember is that there is an "optimal" way to lose fat...and it's not by trying to lose all your fat in a month. Fat loss is relatively quick (you can lose .5%-1.5% of your total bodyweight every week if done right) BUT it is still a process that takes consistency and time. Do you want this forever? Or just for a moment? If you want it forever then take the BEST approach and don't try to lose weight super fast.
