The man is trying to to help people and all u can do is pick faults with his dress code or the way he moves..I've had trouble with my back for a while now and I'm definitely going to do this work out..its well presented and explained in detail.thankyou for a great guide

1:20 12-20 then switch leg
2:55 5 reps each side hold 1 second take 1-2 min break do 3 sets
5:00 8-12 reps hold 2 seconds
6:05 15-20 reps x 3 sets
7:15 15-20 reps 1-2min break 3 sets
8:30 10 reps each side 3 sets
Also guys its very important that if u do it regularly use a carpet/nap as it can affect ur knee in the long term

Straight to the point, very humble yet informative and very descent language am talking about a pro. Thank you for not letting us go through listening a bunch cr** and watch a self admiring dude flexing all over the camera and trying to talk hype but instead you just give us want we need in a very clear communicative manner. I've had lower back pain from sitting all day being a local cdl driver 12 to 14 hour days, not exercising, and poor lifting when picking up my 20 month old daughter. Bought a back brace and have been going to the chiropractor for the past month and nothing really made the pain go away. I did this for the first time and the first two were uncomfortable at first after I completed them all, I no longer feel the pain at all. Will be doing these every day. I don't comment on videos but I had to for this because of the immediate relief. Unbelievable. For all of my fellow drivers, operators, steering wheel holders, pedal pushers, and pavement pounders, this is the one for you. Thanks for the video. God bless and stay safe.

Hi, im 52 years old and after a whole year of back pain where I cant stand for long without having to sit down, and basically waking up every day with a sore back. I have tried all sorts of excersise routines of utube, been to a chiropracter, docter, physio, and nothing worked. Some excersises definately helped but the underlying pain was always there. Anyway I tried this excersise routine of yours after my physio said i had bad lordosis and some sciatica. After one session of this workout, the next day my back hurt worse and the sciatica was the worst it had been and I thought oh no, ive really done it now, im not doing this excersise routine ever again. But, the following day I noticed all pain was completely GONE. I havent done the excersises again yet, but I am truely amazed. The pain is gone, just like that. It must of been these excersises, because nothing else has produced this result. :)

Thank you! I have been suffering for 6 weeks whilst working at home (due to covid 19) with lower back and hip issues which have referred pain to my hammies & calf muscles. I absolutely love how you present and you explaining with diagrams why different positions are so valuable! Just awesome. ☝️🤗 Don’t listen you the haters! I don't trust anybody on YouTube, but I do have to say I had a real bad lower back injury from squatting wrong, I started to do these movements low and behold I don't have no more lower back pain and I'm continuing to do them is really strengthening my lower back and my abs thank you so much.

Bird Dogs: 5-10 reps each side, 3 sets Prone Back Extensions: 8-12 reps Reverse Abdominal Curls: 15-20 reps, 3 sets Leg Raises: 15-20 reps, 3 sets Dead Bugs: 10 reps each side, 3 sets This is my cheat sheet but watch the video, it has a lot of important information for the exercises!

I've been suffering from lower back issues for nearly 2 years, and this video just made it vanish!!! I'm not sure for how long, but it's a clear indication that my core isn't strong enough! Now i know what I have to do in order to get stronger. I can't thank you enough sir. Wow! I feel GREAT!!!

Thanks man damaged my sciatic nerve wrestling back in 8th grade and its still effecting me 9 years later! Never though my life could go down hill just from a back injury in 8th grade! life's weird.

These back exercises really helped when i first experienced lower back pain 8 year ago and my chiropractor gave me some back exercises to do at home. I still do them periodically whenever the pain flares back up.
