Been doing this since October work like magic

Because no one has finished their two weeek plan ill tell you how mine went

I started in October 31 there was a slight difference the next week the 3rd week my thighs go bigger and noticable 4 & 5 week got more noticeable and im still going i will stop in January 10

started it a week ago so updating this I’ll try not to quit!!

day 1: legs hurt but I did it all
day 2: rest coz my legs were SHAKIN when I walked 🥲
day 3: did it all
day 4: rest
day 5: rest
day 6: doing it rn! (I have noticed my hips are more filled out

Recommended 2 sets of this (x2 the sumo squat) with medium weights dumbbell very effective for building thighs

doing this workout for my dream body!!

day 1 ✅: slightly painful and my legs were shaking, however my thighs were burning.
day 2 ✅: didnt hurt as much, starting to see little changes
day 3 ✅: hurt a bit
day 4 ✅: i really hate doing the lunges, but i did it anyway.

Doing this till June! With barely any breaks

Day 1: did it all, I struggled and my legs burnt. (No changes.)

Day 2: did it all, more painful then day 1. (No changes)

Day 3: did it all, still hurts. (No changes)

Day 4: did it all, still hurts. (My leg muscles and thighs are growing a little.)

Day 5: did it all, hurts still. (Same as day 4.)

Day 6: did it all, hurts. (My leg muscles are building slowly but I can see the difference.)

Day 7: still hurts. (Thighs and butt are a small bit bigger)

Day 8: still hurts. ( Thighs, legs and butt grew)

Day 9: burns. (My legs are GROWING!!)
(SORRY I FORGOT ABT IT)
All the days I did update: it still hurts but I feel my legs building sooo much muscle

This workout does work but it does cause your muscles to be sore to be sure to rest after but other than that this exercise is ver effective!

gonna start trying to track progress with this too!

Day 1: no changes yet, but its only the first day!
Day 2: didnt have any time to do the workouts since i was gone the entire day
Day 3: noticing the slightest change
Day 4: noticing more change and the workouts are getting easier to do

Idk if the comments are actually true but on the second day I saw the results immediately- I couldnt stop looking in the mirror and I couldn't stop smiling -

Ill keep you guys updated.
Day 1: It was kinda hard but I managed to do it.
Day 2: I kinda saw some results and my thighs started hurting aswell as my glutes (It means its working) The lunges didn't hurt and wasn't as difficult as day 1.
Day 3: Didn't do any (u need to take some day breaks)
Day 4: Skipped
Day 5: still kinda hard (didnt really like the lunges)
6: skipped
7: got busy with school so I skipped it aswell

I'm gonna be doing this workout for a week lol I got the 3am motivation 💀 but it's now 4:35am and I'm kinda tired lol. But anyways I'm gonna start the work out it is currently Saturday February 4th 2023 (probably not a good idea to start in Saturday but it's fineee)

Day 1: my legs hurt like a bitch frfr and I had to take more then a 15 second break lol, Ima go work on my booty now cya later!

Day 1 ✅ just finished, I did do workouts that target my butt so that might affect it but I still did this :)
Day 2 - Break day for my schedule
Day 3 ❎ Skipped, had really bad stomach pain so I'll do ×2 tomorrow
Day 4 ✅ Just finished and this is such a painful workout but at the same time easy. I'll probably do better tmmr but I finished!

Doing this everyday before spring break ends

Day 1:my legs were sore all day for some reason

Day 2:i lost 10 pounds but i see a bit of results

Day 3: i gained my 10 pounds back and my thighs growed some more
