2. Pulse it!
3. Criss cross
4. Split pulse
5. Wide split
6. Frogger squeeze

Doing this workout for 2 weeks!!

Day 1:✅ done with ease
Day2:✅ done but kinda hurts
Day 3:✅ sore in the morning and getting harder
Day 4:✅ done see no difference
Day 5, 6, 7, 8, : ❌had no motivation so basically have to start over

Starting over!
Day 1:✅ Done kinda feels good

trying this!


first day: no difference of course. feeling good.

second day: no different. but feeling it in my legs.

third day: slight difference, really sore on my inner thighs. but workout getting easier

4:day skipped went for a run instead

5th day: no sore ness perfect fine

6th day: seeing a gap big while wearing jeans workout is fine no sore ness

day 7 (last day i’m updating) : huge difference seeing a gap in leggings and jeans. thighs are smaller and someone told me they could see the difference. also no sore ness.

I carry most of my weight in legs, thighs, and butt. Been doing these excerise for couples days . It's felt like it's helping. My clothes is loser. Thank you for posting. .

p.s. b4 i start!! i’m in a workout/athletics class at my school, so i already regularly do a 45 minute workout 5 days a week!!

*day 1* - december 4, 2024

- no difference, a little pain from previous leg workout at school!


*day 2* - december 5, 2024

- no difference, def felt the burn tho, but i felt like i didn’t put in my best effort because i was SO sore from weight room/ gym.


*day 3* - december 6, 2024

- slight difference, still felt the burn but workout def getting easier


*day 4* - december 7, 2024

- no further differences, workout is a ton easier tho!!


*day 5* - december 8, 2024

- forgot !! rlly busy all day


*day 6* - december 9, 2024

- I FORGOT AGAIN I WILL REMEMBER TOMORROW I PROMISE YALL


*day 8* - december 10, 2024

- def a small difference, not a HUGE change but we’re gettin there lol


*day 9* - december 11, 2024

- starting to see changes! also losing weight BUT, im also eating cleaner (no processed foods, smaller portions), so i think that prob has to do w/ it but so far i’ve lost 5lbs!


*day 10* - december 12, 2024

- much easier to complete!


*day 11* - december 13, 2024

- it was gettin super easy so i decided to up the reps to 3x30 instead of 3x15!!

i’ll update tomorrow!!! like to help me remind myself lol

day 1: ✅ THAT BURNED 😳 this had no business being that hard at all omg. felt it in my legs obviously and weirdly my abs but i have a good feeling about this!!

Doing this for 2 weeks! -like to remind me!

1st day- it really hurts I did it in the morning.
2nd day- it feels easier to do
3rd day-I can see a change it doesn’t hurt as bad
4th day-I can definitely see a difference don’t hurt as much.
5th day- I can’t believe how much of a change I can already see!
Day 6- doesn’t hurt like at all
Day 7- forgot
Day 8- hurts a bit more that usual
Day 9- a huge difference I’m so happy
Day 10- much easier to do a bit painful though
Day 11- hurts like mad idk why tho
Day 12- crazy change hurts still tho
Day 13- forgot
Day 14- it is way easier than when I started
I want to carry on so why not! Doing it for 2 other weeks!!
Day 15- it’s crazy with the results it doesn’t hurt as much
Day 16- forgot
Day 17- maybe I shouldn’t of skipped yesterday lol it hurts
Day 18- painful
Day 19- amazing results but hurts!

Day 2 : was easier than yesterday
Day 3 : dint see as many changes

Trying this for a week. I’ve done workouts with legs before like running 5ks. ( I run cross country) since last summer I have been very insecure and hyper fixated on my thighs. Please like or comment so I can be reminded to do this!



Day one: WOW. The BURN!!! y’all weren’t joking I’ve tried some inner thigh workouts before but I’ve never felt a burn like that! And it’s exactly the areas I wanna target. ✅

Day two: felt the burn again. No soreness! Did once in the morning I’m gonna do this again today in the evening. ✅


Day three: no soreness from yesterday. This felt good. Felt the burn. I can sorta see a tiny bit of a gap now. Not sure if it’s in my head lol.

This is awesome! I'm limited in where I can go and what I can do and this was a fantastic workout that didn't destroy my back. Legs are burning!

Ladies, I promise if you just do it, it works. Get your daily walks or 3 days a week. Eat clean and drink water. You can do these without thinking about it, in the bed or on the floor. Trust me, IT WORKS! I have done these for many years and I always go back if I feel a little increase in my thighs or hips. #JustDoIt 🤗🤗🤗

— my legs hurt like a bitch omdss lmaaooo, no difference of course but no pain no gain :)

*day two* [ 19 / 11 — evening workout ]
— legs hurt but not as bad as yesterday, lowkey feeling the bburnnnn lmaooo

*day three* [ 20 / 11 — evening workout ]
— long day so i couldn't do the afternoon, but it hits different at night :)

*day four* [ 21 / 11 — n/a ]
— lowkey couldn't be bothered, i didn't have the energy lmao :((

*day five* [ 22 / 11 — evening workout ]
— oh goodness it was a such a good stretch cause i felt my back cracking

*day six* [ 23 / 11 — afternoon & evening workout ]
— it went really well !! sore but no pain no gain, rigghhttt ?

— sore and relaxing, no changes that i've noticed but still going :))

Day 1: no difference
Day 2: no difference
Day 3: no difference, but I am combining this with weight loss shorts at night now and noticed my buttocks are firmer and smoother. Decided to do the session twice and faster so I feel the burn. The exercise helps to alleviate bloat. Thighs still feel really fat like bags of fat lol.
Day 5: did it once and combining with weight loss shorts has made my legs firmer and smoother
Day 6: did it once. Got a forming scrub too. Legs look a little better than usual.
