Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Exactly one year with Lilly yesterday, I lost 39lbs and my legs are toned, no more hip dips, and I have my hourglass figure back. I also got upper abs... Lilly didn't just do that though, she changed my entire life mentally as well. I am so grateful for Lilly Sabri, love this girl.

day 1: OH MY THAT HURT
day 2: it was much easier today !!
day 3: WE DOING IT
day 4: it hurts so bad
day 5: were almost to a week !! i see a little A LITTLE different but not a lot.
day 6: ya ya ya we done itttt
day 7: we hit one week of doing the workout!!! it’s getting easier and i’ve gone down to 24/23 inches in my thigh !!!

This tip sounds dumb but it really works: wear a cute fitness set that u feel hot in when u work out. It makes such a difference in ur motivation and how much u will enjoy the workout

I’m in the end of my middle school years and I feel I have really let myself go. I’ve been so focused on schoolwork and other important things that don’t give me much time for myself. I’ve been eating really poorly and I’ve been going to bed at like one and two in the morning then proceeding to wake up at noon. I’ve chained a lot of weight and not just from growing. I’m almost 120 pounds where as last summer I was 95. I don’t want or expect to be that light but I would love to lose a few pounds. This summer things MUST and WILL change! I’m dedicating my time to bettering myself through these months to look and feel like my old self. I’d like to limit my screen time from now on and focus on the things I ACTUALLY love like reading and dancing. I’d like to start eating better too as I am almost positive that is the cause for my weight gain. My main areas of fat are in my thighs and stomach so I’m going to be doing two workouts from this channel specific to those areas. Let my journey begin and let’s hope this daily check in will keep me accountable!

I just turned 62 and do A LOT of your exercises. Thighs, abs, fat burning, cardio. I'm surprised at what I can endure now. Doing the exercises straight through without resting. Abs have really gotten strong.

Okay I’ll start doing this remind me guys tomorrow to take the measurements also if you have any good arm workout advice well here it goes
Right tigh : 58 cm
Left : 58.5 cm
Day 1: done ✅ was intense but I could do it
Day2: doooone ✅I wasn’t sure I’ll do it but I looked in the comment section found some motivation.
Day 3: I didn’t do it but I walked 11500 steps instead.
Day 4:✅ done was easier today
Day5: I didn’t do it but I walked 10000 steps
Results ——
Right:56.5 cm / left : 57 cm

Edit: I stopped at day 5 but i did see a difference .
It works all you have to do is drink enough water and mix resistance work with cardio and avoid junk food . follow a healthy food system and once a week do a cheat day they are very important. Personally sometimes during the week i eat piece of cake or whatever i desire but only small amount just so i don’t feel like i cut myself and keep motivated.
I’m gonna do this challenge again soon but I’m already satisfied

When it was my time to start working out, I always looked thru the comments to see if it was worth it. Now, it's my turn to share my experience.
My measurements: Breast - 113cm, Waist - 84cm, Hips - 113cm, Left thigh - 74cm, Right thigh - 73cm, Weight 86, 2kg and a height of 1, 65m


I've been walking 7km everyday for the past 2 weeks; Last monday (a week ago) I weighted myself and started doing 3 of Lilly's workouts - the thighs burn and sculpture; lose belly fat in 7 days; and snatched waist in 10 days.


After one week of everyday walking and training, these are my measurements:
Weight - 82, 6 kg (-3, 4 in a week!!!)
Breast - 110cm, Waist - 83cm, Hips - 110cm, Left thigh - 71cm, Right thigh - 71cm


I am in an extremely poor physical condition but I didn't have much problem with these workouts, and only made changes in 2 exercises.
Keep in mind I have been in a caloric deficit this past week (I have a cheat day however) and have been (trying to) drink 3L of water everyday.
I will keep doing this routine and let you know of future results!
