Doing this till school starts sept 5th
Day 1:✅✅✅ did 3 times bc i really want results nothing yet can feel the burn
Day 2:✅✅✅ did 3 times again rlly proud of myself also went for a walk very sore can feel burn but no difference yet...
Day 3:❌ not proud but i was wearing some shorts and my legs looked smaller then usual
Day 4:✅✅ did twice proud can see a bit more of a dif since yesterday
Day 5:❌ was going to then I fell asleep see the same as yesterday

Everyone says they saw results on day 3, it’s currently the summer holidays and I’m trying to glow up before I go back ( getting my hair done soon) I’ve had quite big legs my whole life and a small waist and stomach so It makes my legs look ever bigger I’ve just finished day 1 plz remind me to come back for feedback ❤

Day:1 no difference cause i started but legs on fire 🔥
Day:2 no difference but legs on fire Soo sore
Day:3 little difference legs are on fire
Day:4 can see a lot more difference then yesterday legs a little sore
Day:5 lots of difference no pain

I’m going to do this for a week as a ten year old so if you are around my age here you can get some results

Lets pray i update this- mainly because i want to see progress

Day one: Legs are burning, no difference, thighs are six inches wide, calfs are 4 inches wide, and just incase my stomach gets thinner aswell, stomach is 10 inches from left to right

Day two: oopsies, forgot to update. Anyway, no real difference, currently doing a few other exercises at the same time

Day three: *forgot*

Day four: *forgot*

Day five: *fogot*

Day six: *forgot*

Day seven: *forgot*

Day nine: finally remembered 😭

Day 14 or smt like that: Based on measurements, calfs are 3.7 inches and my thighs are down to 4.7 inches! Stomach is now 8.5 inches.

Day 16 I think: Thighs are 3.8 inches, calfs are 3.2 inches and my stomach is 8.3 inches

Day 17: thighs: 3.6 inches - calfs: 3.1 inches - stomach:7.5 inches

Day 19: Thighs: 3.4 inches - calfs: 2.9 inches - stomach: 6.8 inches

I'm restarting from scratch, measuring the biggest part of my legs so I can keep track of how they're doing

Day 1: Calfs - 3.6 - Thighs - 5.10 - Stomach - 8.0 (Also, I did forget for 2 days which is why the measurements are bigger)

Day 2: Calfs - 3.0 - Thighs - 5.4 - Stomach - 7.4

Day 3: Calfs - 3.6 - Thighs - 5.2 - Stomach - 7.4

Had to skip the last six days because of moving, but now im back :D

Day 9: Calfs - 3.10 - Thighs - 5.4 - Stomach - (Remeasured) 6.0

Srry I forgot to update but in the end my legs got skinnier! Definitely recommend trying this.
