Try kicking (kickboxing) on a large boxing bag, 5 to 10 min a day, guaranteed results in less then a month. Combine it with these exercises.

yes it does work it's been 2 months since I'm doing this excercise i started to see the result in 15 days my legs did grew but it wasn't a dramatic change they were really skinny and now they are like normal people i will still try to workout for upto 6 months and see if it gets any better also you will have to eat alot for it to work without eating you will lose weight instead of gaining so goodluck

My advice is to not be concerned about leg size, work on leg strength and performance. If you want good solid legs, work on them by whatever means you can.

I take medicine for ADHD and one of the side effects is decreased eating and my friends always say “oh why you so skinny” “toothpick”
