day 1 ✅: felt effective
day 2 ✅
day 3 ✅
day 4 ❌: rest day. i was still active n did soccer practice (basically a leg workout)
day 5 ❌: came home at 11. restarting tmr n doing it for 7 days.

day 1: ✅ felt easy and not hard
day 2: ❌legs felt so bruised so i skipped
day 3 : ✅ my legs is getting quite better than before
day 4 : ✅ my was brusied but manged it
day 5 : ✅ left less pain but the progress 😍
day 6 : ❌ rest day
day 7 : ❌ bruised soo baad
day 8 : ✅ my whole body changed ngl, my 🍑 got big, and my thighs became better. my sister noticed it to!!
day 9: ✅ workout got easier but pain got worser
day 10:❌ break AND DAMM GUYS IM TELLING U NOW. MY THIGHS IS EATING LIKE ITS GETING TIGHT WITH SHORTS.
day 11: ❌ still felt bruised
day 12✅ the pain just kept going worser and i only did 4 of the workouts BUT MY THIGHS IS SO GOOD
day 13:❌ really really bruised
day 14:❌ felt lazy
day 15: ❌ busy and had no time
day 16 ✅ OKAY
day 17 : ? only did one workout.. BUT WHEN I TELL U. ITS LIKE A GOOD QUAD
day 18:✅ MY THIGHS R A GOOD THICKNESS OF IT.

HI GUYS IM JUS REALLY HAPPY THAT I FINALLY GOT TO THIS POINT OF LEVEL, TOOK ME LIKE 3 OR 4 WEEKS AND I UPDATED MY COMMENTS REALLY SLOW BECAUSE I WAS JUS FOCUSING ON THE WAY MY THIGHS LOOKED BUT ITS REALLY GOOD GUYS!! BEST RESULTS IN 3-4 WEEKS AND IT GROWS UR ASS GUYS !!

day 1✅: felt a bit sore afterwards, a bit difficult to do
day 2 ✅ : REALLYY sore and bruised but pushed through
day 3 ❌ : decided to let my body rest and recover
day 4 ✅ : a bit sore still but was more easier
day 5 ✅ : doesnt feel sore (make sure u rest for a day or two, dont push yourself)
day 6 ✅ : a lot easier, not sore, can definitely tell the progress just a bit
day 7 ✅ : getting easier everyday, not sore anymore
day 8 ✅ : almost decided to not do it because of how late it was 😭

day 1 ✅ = my legs are TIRED asf but felt effective though!!

day 2 ✅ = felt the same as yesterday this exercise makes my legs so tired 😭

day 3 ❌ = fell asleep the whole day and forgot

day 4 ✅ = still really hard to do but i see no progress but i think my thighs got a bit bigger but idk if im tweaking
