Wow. These 'reminder' exercises invigorated me this morning! Thank you for putting this particular segment together this week! Rain / wind / chilly temps? No matter. I can still feel good - as I walk up/down stairs organizing my house. Love this set!

Hi Mike- great to have you and your videos back. Please can you advise. Every time I do the bridge my hamstrings cramp and it’s excruciating. I’m still waiting for my knees to be replaced so my range of motion isn’t great. Any suggestions . I know I should be keeping them strong- 🙏

These stretches are really good. I'm noticing a great improvement in my flexibility, stamina and way less niggling aches. Almost 4 weeks into this new thing. Your warmups, stretches & exercises are now part of my weekly/daily keep fit @ 64 routine now and added to my usual swimming & walking. Thank you Mike & More Life Health for Seniors
