In this morning Hatha yoga flow to help open and strengthen, we’ll look at how to align our poses to help improve the energy flow to make the pose feel more open. By improving our alignment, we will ensure we get the proper muscles in the body to engage and strengthen while isolating the chronically tight areas to help release tension. By making these minor adjustments in our practice, we can help improve breath flow and Prana or life force energy in the body, helping us feel stronger, more confident, and energized.

Thanks Tim! I really enjoyed slowing down like this. I usually flow through poses a little faster and it was beneficial to go slower like this. I also loved how you kept your cool 😎 with all the external distractions. I probably would have sworn and switched the camera off if it was me 😂

Fascinating. And so timely, as I am in a Tunisia hotel on a sun and warmth holiday, and did my go-to Hatha Yoga 1 hour intro while the gardener watered around me! Good to have a shorter 20 minute flow, now!

It truly was much easier the second time around in triangle pose. Suddenly found myself more flexible and I could sink in more comfortably into the pose!Thank you for this energizing class Tim!

Thank you Tim. I usually struggle (a lot!) with half-moon pose (getting into it, staying in it), but the way you just flow into it in this video really resonated with me.

I loved this one Tim, I flowed through the first 3 in your weekly practice calendar as I have my first ever election hustings tonight (general election in the UK) and I needed some calm space in the chaos. I'm worried about it, but being reminded that I can let go of all the things I can't control and focus on my own reactions, and staying calm with those, was just what I needed to hear. Thank you!

I love your beach yoga. I like the fact they are real with all the background noise other than the waves and not chasing some impossible secluded retreat outside grasp of most people. I do a lot of your yoga here in our house in France and although by a road I can hear the river and many birds. I feel sorry for the people who stay here and can only hear the Road.
