DAY 3 of our 5-Day Ab Challenge: 7-Minute Strong Abs with Weights🔥 I put together seven of my personal favorite ab exercises to build a strong, defined core into one spicy 7-minute workout!

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Set of Dumbbells.
I recommend 5-15 lbs depending on your fitness level. We're using 15 lbs in this workout video.

I was soooo hesitant to do the ab challenge because they can be boring 🤦🏼‍♀️ I don't know why I doubt NML. Never a boring AB work out ❤

I usually struggle to keep my core engaged on any variation of standing crunches, but the good morning+alternating crossbody crunch my core was engaged the entire time. Definitely my favorite standing crunch by far!

Loved this! Honestly wanted to keep going! Loved move 1, was scared of move 2 but was able to follow Lindsey push ups from knees tho! Not a fan of side planks but they are getting easier, loved the last 2 moves too!

Ab Challenge Series- loving it 💜 for me it is a challenge its the area i truly want to see growth in! But its been difficult 😕 pushing forward!! Adding these 7 minute sessions to my regular nml workout for the day! 😊
