I just wanted to apologize for leaving you a hurtful comment last week 😔(about Boho Beautiful being one of those greedy Yoga Corporations). That comment didn't come from my heart. I was in a negative headspace and shouldn't have brought that negativity with me to the mat. Honestly, you are the only yoga instructor that I can get myself to workout with, because of all the positivity you ooze. Thank you for all that you guys do @Boho Beautiful Yoga! Your classes make me feel good and keep fit. I've been following you since this September and the results are amazing. My core and upper body are really strong and well noticeable. I don't suffer spine ache, my posture is great. And due to my sedentary student life and neighbours beneath I cant afford to do ordinary cardio workouts. Your yoga classes just save my body. So last week I finally bought myself a Yoga mat after getting inspired by your channel for the last couple of weeks... What should I say? it's the first time in my life, that moving my body feels actually good.

I've always hated doing sports. There's always someone faster, better, stronger. But with your videos, with your guidance I feel like I'm finally out of this competitve mind! I'm doing this for me, for my body AND mind. Thank you. I can't wait to continue my journey with you!

I’m relatively new to Boho yoga but I’m loving it. I know I don’t look graceful, and my almost 47 year old body isn’t as flexible as it could be, but I’m feeling great. I’ve started getting up earlier in the morning to fit a session in before work. Thank you ❤
