Join me for a specially created standing pilates workout to build strength and confidence in your body, help prevent falls and strenghten your entire body. This workout contains functional work to improve posture, balance, coordination, stability and strength and is good for everybody of any age wanting to refine, improve and add good functional exercise to their fitness regime. Perfect for beginners as well as anyone returning to exercise after a break. This is one I recommend you do 3 times a week in order to build confidence and strength. It will help prevent falls, improve mobility and flexibility too.

Though I work on balance and coordination every day, progress is very over time there is noticeable improvement. I'm not afraid of falling. If you saw me in ordinary life activities, you would not know that I have any balance problems at all. You have been a valued motivator!

Did this Tues am in the States. I would be happy if you did a senior workout at least once a month on a Monday. I greatly appreciate that you do 'senior' workouts, they are superb before a long day of being on my feet teaching! Keep up the marvelous work you do!

I work with you 3 / 4 times a week. I choose different classes but try to aim for seniors and also balance In 85. Just love my time with you. A million thankyou rachel

Hi Rachel. When you ask us to do more balletic moves and work our arms, it is very apparent why ballet dancer’s bodies are so muscular 😊 I enjoy more challenging classes, so one senior class a month would be my vote 👏💕
