Standing Pilates for Seniors- 30 minutes of exercise to Improve Strength & Build Confidence

Join me for a 30 Minute standing pilates workout for Seniors 60+ Live! This is a full body routine to increase mobility, flexibility and strength. With exercises to ease the general aches & pains in the joints and spine that come with age, as well as exercises to help combat loss of strength, coordination and balance. The saying 'use it or lose it' is so true! Doing these exercises regularly will improve all these things and buils your strength so I am recommending you build up to doing this workout at least twice a week. I've taught these exercises to my Senior clients in London, they are ages 60- 83. Take your time and do what you can, if anything is too challenging for you right now, don't worry, just rest and come back and try again when you're ready. Take care of yourselves.
The session will be followed by a Q & A where from the comfort of your own home you can ask me questions, or just say hello whilst enjoying a nice cup of tea at a safe social distance.
