Join me for a 20 minute standing pilates session for arthritis. This session contains gentle mobilisation and warm up exercises ideal to help ease the aches and pains of early stage arthritis. It is ideal to do first thing in the morning when you're feeling a little stiff and achey as well as a great pre warm before your regular exercise.

It's wonderful to have a teacher who is not afraid to say she made a mistake. Very few small ones, though. I always feel much better after these sessions. I've had a lot of yoga and exercise teachers in my nearly 79 years. Rachel is so good at giving clear directions and explaining what each movement will do for you.

I recently found this video and although I don’t have arthritis, I use this mid morning when I take my 1st break from work (I work at a desk from home) and find it helpful ❤

I just found you a few days ago. I'm 70 years old and have arthritis. This workout, and the one for hips, is amazing! I do it first thing in the morning and feel better all day. Thank you so much!

Just loving the gentle workouts with you. I'm 66 years old and have always enjoyed exercising but was diagnosed with arthritis last year and found my old routines very painful. This session just eases the stiffness out of my whole body.

Although I don't have an arthritis diagnosis my joints creak, click and ache. Pilates has helped immensely and this session is a nice wake up session. Once again Rachel has come up trumps.

Thank you so much. This is just what I have been searching for. I have turned 70 and also have arthritis. This is gentle on areas that are tender but feel so good now I’ve done the workout .Blessings Gail🇦🇺

I have not found one of your workouts that I don't like. I even work on the roll ups though I have a rod in my spine that makes those difficult. This one was especially nice after a HIIT workout that I did.
