Join me for a 30 Minute standing pilates workout for Seniors 60+.This session will have special senior exercises to improve balance, strength and coordination as well as exercises for the general aches & pains in the joints and spine that come with age. It is also osteoproosis friendly. Doing this session at least 3 times a week will improve standing strength, standing balance and coordination - all vital movements for fall prevention and bone strength. Take your time and do what you can, if anything is too challenging for you right now, don't worry, use a chair for support, or just rest and come back and try again when you're ready.

I’ve followed you since lockdown. I’m 73, and have Multiple Sclerosis, so definitely a challenge !!! This practice was a little fast…..but then I’m slow 😢 ! Very good for me 😊

I’m 74 and suffer from Polymyalgia Rheumatica and I have restarted your exercises, I am really bad with co/ ordination, found it really hard to lift my arms, but since i have restarted the exercises, I can now lift my arms, and my knees are much better, and I don’t need to take the Steroids as often. Thank you.

As I’ve been doing your Pilates with weights I decided to pick my light weights up for the arm exercises. Wow that was hard but I did it. I love the fact that your classes are so adaptable for every level. Thank you as always.

Definitively challenging! I am 81 and have done Pilates daily with you since 2020. I was able to do all the arm exercises without putting my arms down. It was not an easy workout. I just did three Pilates sessions on an 8 day trip and what a difference. I was less flexible and noticed little aches. I am back to daily sessions and pain free. You are an awesome instructor.

Hello Rachel, from India i have done your nee pelaties from 2monthes i feel great &now days i also practice pilates from your anthor videos i realised more strength in my calf muscles i am at 55
